According to the art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR in relation to the personal data to be processed, LAGVOID informs you of the following: personal data freely communicated will be recorded on electronic databases, protected and not accessible to the public. Database owners, data processors and data processors is Fred Malle, 59250 Halluin – France, hereinafter appointed as Data Controller. Your identification data may be communicated by LAGVOID to physical or legal persons who perform specific processing services or carry out related or support activities on behalf of LAGVOID. The Data Controllers process the Users’ data by taking appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the data.

Processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the categories of employees involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Owner. Mailing List, newsletters and information and registration forms

Information on the processing of personal data (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03) for the Newsletter / Mailing List service provided by MailChimp for LAGVOID for the site owned by Fred Malle. Content and services are provided only to those who explicitly request and authorize the processing of their identification data at the time of registration. How long we keep your data

Right to access personal data and other rights – Article 7 of Law 196/2003

We also inform that every user can exercise all the rights provided by the article from the art. 7 of Law 196/2003. The subjects to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request to integrate them, update them , or rectify them. The subjects to whom the personal data refer also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.

Using Google web fonts

For a uniform representation of the characters, the website uses web fonts provided by Google.
